These Terms govern your access to and use of RatedFirms. Please read them carefully — by using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RatedFirms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Buyer obligations
When contacting companies, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use ongoing service labels solely for evaluating a potential engagement.
4. Agency obligations
Listed companies must provide accurate information, respond to inquiries within 48 hours, and follow our Quality & Content guidelines. Misleading claims, fake reviews or solicitation violate the platform may result in removal.
5. Verification & ratings
RatedFirms verifies agency identity, work samples and a sample of client references. Ratings and reviews are user-submitted and will be moderated. We do not accept payment for higher placement.
6. Fees & payments
Browsing, comparing and submitting inquiries is free for buyers. Agencies pay a subscription or success fee per verified leads. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual property
The RatedFirms name, logo and platform content are owned by RatedFirm Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to display it within the Services.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform
- Submitting fake, paid or coerced reviews
- Using the Services to harass, defame or defraud
- Manipulating the platform to distort fees or rankings
9. Disclaimers
The Services are not endorsed "as is". We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes of an engagement between you and any agency. We are not a party to contracts with any agency.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatedFirm's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $US 100, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
